Excel: Pull Tables

Pull Tables allows you to pull all tables from a company's 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings. All cells are hyperlinked to the original document.

  1. Navigate to the Quill tab in Excel. Click Pull Tables.
  2. Fill out the form with the following inputs:
  • Company name or ticker : Company used to create model.
  • Start year / End year : Sets timeframe of model. If End year is the current year the model will be filled to the most recent filed quarter.
  • Fiscal Quarters / Fiscal Years : Selects which filings are used in the creation of the tables.
  • Split Sheets : If enabled the new model will be created with different excel worksheets for each of the categories listed in the Items of the excel form.
  • GAAP / Non-GAAP : Selects the categories of line items which should be included in the model.
  • Items : Choose which category of line items to include in the model.
  • Insert hyperlinks : If selected, each cell in the model will contain a URL link that cites the number in the original document.
  1. Click Create and wait as the request is fulfilled.
